Software Carpentry

There will be a Software Carpentry workshop at JoziHub on the Saturday and Sunday immediately after PyConZA -- the 3 & 4th of October.

Software Carpentry's mission is to help scientists and engineers get more research done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic scientific computing skills. This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including program design, version control, and task automation.
