Venue Information
PyConZA 2015 will take place at the Wits Professional Development Hub (otherwise known as the PDH and may show up as 'Wits Enterprise' on a map) on 92 Empire Road in Braamfontein. The PDH is located right next to the Wits East Campus, 300m East of it's Empire road entrance, in front of an M1 Off-ramp and next to the Jan Smuts Avenue and Empire Road intersection.
The PDH is a home to both Wits Enterprise and the Wits Language School and is an excellent training and conference venue. It has venues fitted with state of the art audiovisual and communication technology, onsite catering and superb computer laboratories.
There will also be PyConZA Sprints and Software Carpentry (SWC) happening on the 3 & 4 of October at JoziHub, located on 44 Stanley Avenue in Milpark.
Map & Parking
There is ample parking right in front of the main entrance of the building. You can find it by driving through the entrance, turning left and finding the parking just past the building (Wits Professional Development Hub) on your left.
